Mohammad Saki, DSc PhD
Physicist
Dr. Mohammad Saki is a radiation oncology medical physicist and clinical assistant professor in the University of Florida Department of Radiation Oncology working at the UF Health Proton Therapy Institute. In coordination with the clinical team, medical physicists help ensure the accuracy of patient treatment plans and treatment delivery.
Dr. Saki has experience working with proton therapy, conventional radiotherapy, intra-operative radiotherapy, and brachytherapy and the ability to manage patient treatment planning, quality assurance and safety regulations related to all of these radiation treatment modalities.
He is an engaged member of several professional organizations, including the American Association for Cancer Research, Radiological Society of North America, American Association for Physics in Medicine, and the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology.
Dr. Saki has extensive experience in cancer research. He has published more than 20 research articles on various areas of radiation oncology practice and has presented at many national and international professional meetings, including the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR).
