Letter to the Editor

To the UF Health Proton Therapy Team,

We are writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion shown during John's recent treatment for prostate cancer at the UF Health Proton Therapy Institute. Over the six weeks of (radiation) therapy, we came to appreciate not only the remarkable professionalism of your staff, but also the kindness and reassurance that made such a difference throughout the process.

John's treatment team— the radiation technicians, nurses (including Barbara) and Dr. Bill (his oncologist), demonstrated skill, patience and genuine concern every step of the way. Their warmth and professionalism turned what could have been a very difficult time into an experience filled with confidence and hope.

Please extend our sincere thanks to everyone involved in John's care. We will always remember our time at the UF Health Proton Therapy Institute with deep gratitude.
